About Our Client

Their content team oversees the strategy and execution of all onsite and in‑app content—from product cards and collection pages to campaigns and end‑to‑end customer journeys.
Job Description
* Manage end‑to‑end delivery of smaller campaigns and verticals, from strategy and briefing through quality assurance, localization, and launch.
* Review Figma mockups and provide content feedback to UX and Creative teams to ensure alignment with messaging and brand standards.
* Coordinate closely with Marketing, Digital Product, Commercial, Creative, and the Project Manager to keep content progress and needs aligned.
* Document content decisions, briefs, and feedback, contributing to streamlined processes and workflow improvements.
* Support larger strategic initiatives and cross‑team content workstreams as needed.
* Create clear content briefs and guide copywriters on messaging, tone, and customer‑journey alignment.
* QA and sign off on final copy for accuracy, tone, consistency, and commercial relevance.
* Manage localization handoffs and ensure translated content is market‑ready.
* Brief UX and Creative on content needs for product cards, collection pages, and customer journeys to maintain cohesive, optimized experiences across web and app.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, brand consistency, and commercial impact.
* Excellent written communication for briefs, feedback, and cross‑team collaboration.
* Fast learner able to understand user journeys, content strategy, and switch between projects smoothly.
* Comfortable using tools like Figma and Contentful, with a willingness to learn new systems.
* Collaborative mindset with experience working across UX, Creative, Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams.
* Strategic thinker who can connect content to customer‑journey needs and commercial goals.
* Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented; takes ownership and anticipates issues.
* Understanding of ecommerce, UX, or content strategy is a plus, but not required if you're eager to grow.
What a Typical Day Could Look Like
* Review campaign or vertical briefs and outline the content strategy, mapping key messaging moments across the customer journey.
* Write clear copy briefs and guide copywriters on messaging, placement, tone, and cross‑channel needs.
* Review and refine copy, provide feedback, and coordinate any rewrites to ensure it fits the journey and brand standards.
* Collaborate with UX and Creative in Figma to align on content requirements, layout, and overall experience across web and app.
* Prepare localization handoffs, track translation progress, and ensure market‑ready content.
* Update the Project Manager on content status, blockers, and next steps.
* QA content in Figma, flag issues affecting consistency or user experience, and prep final materials for handover to the external build team.
