You will take responsibility for planning and overseeing financial operations, developing efficient processes, and guiding a motivated finance team. /p pThe position combines strategic thinking with hands‑on work and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s financial performance and future development. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libStrategic Leadership Planning /b ul liServe as the CFO's deputy and as a strategic partner to the Executive and Finance Teams /li liCollaborate on the development and implementation of a multi-year strategic plan, and establish mechanisms to track performance /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support key business initiatives /li /ul /li libFinancial Management Oversight /b ul liManage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes /li liOversee all financial operations of the Swiss legal entities and international subsidiaries /li liSupport group consolidation efforts and liaise with auditors during annual audits /li liOversee tax compliance and manage relationships with external tax advisors and authorities /li liContribute to financing and investment activities as needed /li /ul /li libFinancial Systems Process Optimization /b ul liDevelop financial processes, tools, controls, and analytics to support efficient scaling and enable data‑driven strategic decisions /li liDrive the implementation and continuous improvement of finance systems and tools /li /ul /li libAccounting Leadership Team Development /b ul liSupervise the accounting function and act as a subject matter expert /li liLead, mentor, and develop the finance team across multiple locations /li /ul /li /ul h3Profile Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
