To support our Eleventy Shop team, we are looking for you as a Shop Assistant for the 2025/2026 winter season
Key Responsibilities
A position in an Eleventy store involves sales and styling duties, with a focus on providing a luxurious customer experience based on Italian hospitality. Key responsibilities include:
* Building customer relationships
* Providing personal styling advice
* Achieving sales targets
* Maintaining the store's visual and operational standards
* Processing transactions such as sales, returns and refunds
* Inventory management
* Assisting with store events
* Communication and teamwork
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Completed training in sales or comparable training
* Professional experience in a similar position in a comparable shop
* Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high awareness of quality
* Structured and organised way of working
* Keen interest in team-oriented work
* Good German and English skills are a prerequisite; any additional foreign languages are an advantage
