* Follow up with guests before arrival to confirm bookings or special requirements.
* Offer room upgrades, packages, and additional services (spa, dining, transportation) to maximize revenue.
* Suggest special promotions or loyalty programs tailored to the guest.
* Communicate guest preferences and special requests to housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams.
* Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
* Address and resolve booking issues, discrepancies, or complaints.
