OverviewLead/Senior Solution Architect & Developer m/f/d, For our client, a renowned international insurance company in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced Lead/Senior Solution Architect & Developer.ResponsibilitiesAct as a technical lead for our client's Claims development initiativesCoordinate and align developers across multiple international locations (DE, CH, ES, India)Design and implement global software components, integrating both global and local requirementsGuide and mentor developers on technical implementation and adaptation of global software componentsEnsure high-quality delivery through code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testingSupport architectural decision-making and contribute to the evolution of the overall software ecosystemCollaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs within the Claims areaDrive progress proactively within an agile environmentQualifications10+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead DeveloperStrong experience working in international, distributed teamsMinimum 3 years of development experience in a large-scale core insurance platform, ideally with a focus on Claims File functionalityDeep expertise in core insurance solutions and configuration languages, including proficiency in extending and customizing these platformsSolid understanding of the business layer of enterprise insurance systems (Claims specialization is an advantage)Experience working with core plug-in mechanisms within enterprise insurance platforms is a plusGood understanding of standard claims business process flowsStrong Java development skills (Java 12+)Experience with OSGi and Eclipse Plug-insProficiency in Spring Boot and REST APIsHands-on experience with Git (branching strategies, PRs, merges)Experience with JUnit testingNice to have: Camunda, Azure CloudFluent in English; German is a plusHow to applySounds like a great job?
