You are an experienced payroll consultant, passionate about payroll management, comfortable with payroll processes, and you want to put your expertise to work on exciting client projects? In this role, you will support our clients in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, manage projects autonomously, ensure payroll processes are implemented, and you can achieve this. As a project manager or sub-project lead, you will accompany SwissSalary 365 projects, guarantee their success, and coordinate all processes to develop complex payroll concepts and ensure their implementation. You will also support and evolve existing solutions for our clients to guarantee their proper functioning. Drawing on your expertise, you will assist the sales team in convincing new clients and retaining existing ones. In client management, you will build trust-based relationships with clients and maintain them long-term. You have a commercial background, ideally complemented by training in human resources or social insurance. A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, with a deep understanding of the field. Experience in project management or as a sub-project lead. Excellent knowledge of one or more payroll software.
