Role Overview
As an HR Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our organization, serving as a key partner to both employees and leadership. You will ensure the seamless delivery of HR services, drive organizational effectiveness through data‑driven insights, and lead projects that shape our culture and future. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of compliance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Effective HR Data Coordinator & Advisor for specific department(s)
- First point of contact for Employee Relations: mastering and driving independently employee experience elements, such as employee relations, relocation & expats, performance management systems, recognition programmes, capability building, etc., to enable a performance culture, clear and effective policies, systems and processes that support business strategies and enable employee peak performance
- Data reporting, by providing regular and ad‑hoc data reports with insights
- Effective communication with various stakeholders and for wide audiences
- Involvement in various other organisational projects and initiatives
- Stewardship and compliance in relation with the Swiss regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic results
- Proficiency in the English language
- Strong analytical skills and integrative thinking
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and discretion in complex situations
- Resilience and ability to navigate emotional or conflict situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proactive and agile mindset, with excellent prioritisation skills and a genuine desire to continuously learn and adapt to evolving business needs
- Passion for HR and organisational challenges
