Company and Field:
DRV Bund, responsible for the German Federal Pension Insurance, develops and operates complex IT systems, including container technology platforms (OpenShift, Rancher) for specialized processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop a team of 6-8 employees in personnel and technical aspects.
2. Shape tasks related to container technology actively.
3. Support the implementation and follow-up of change processes.
4. Represent the division in internal and external working groups.
5. Contribute to strategic planning within the department.
6. Perform IT tasks for further development of container platforms.
7. Utilize personnel development and occupational health management tools.
Candidate Profile:
* Higher education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in IT or comparable qualification, or vocational training with extensive IT experience.
* Several years of professional experience in IT, especially in middle server level environments.
* Knowledge of infrastructure planning and provisioning, ideally in container technology.
* Initial experience in team or project management.
* Analytical, structured, and decision-oriented thinking.
* Strong communication skills in German, both written and spoken, with a solution and process orientation.
