Introduction

We have offices in Switzerland, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Miami. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
Cash management (Group and non-Group)
* Preparing and monitoring weekly reports on the balances of all bank accounts
* Managing bank account transactions: investments, foreign exchange transactions, transfers, etc.
Budgets and reporting
* Preparing monthly budgets
* Preparing the Group's consolidated accounts
* Preparing the analytical review
* Participating in the preparation of the P&L (Profit & Loss)
Support for financial projects
* Support any ad hoc or specific financial projects at the CEO's request
Invoicing
* Prepare invoices
* Follow up on payments and any reminders
Intra-group payments and monitoring
* Paying invoices between subsidiaries
* Monitoring Group loans and associated financial obligations
Collaboration
* Work with the group\'s various subsidiaries
* Work with internal and external fiduciaries
Required skills and profile
* Master\'s degree in Finance (HEC-type) or Swiss Accounting Diploma
* Very good command of financial management, accounting, and reporting tools
* Excellent command of French and English (both spoken and written – minimum C1 level)
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Rigorous, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
