The Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager and PMO to own how work moves through Revnuu. This is the operational backbone of the agency: the person who turns strategy into delivered work, manages a growing team of project managers, and ensures every client engagement runs cleanly from kickoff to closeout.
You will lead the day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of deep tech and life sciences clients, manage the junior project management team, and build the operational systems that allow Revnuu to scale without losing quality. You will work directly with the Founder, the Creative Director, and the wider team to ensure that every commitment Revnuu makes is delivered on time, on scope, and on standard.
What You Will Do
* Own the end-to-end delivery of Revnuu's client engagements, from kickoff through to final handover, across brand strategy, identity, website, content, and video work.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the junior project management team, setting the bar for how Revnuu manages client work.
* Build and maintain the PMO function: project templates, delivery rhythms, internal QA processes, reporting cadences, and the operational systems that allow the team to scale.
* Run resourcing and capacity planning across the team, ensuring the right people are on the right work at the right time.
* Serve as the senior delivery point of contact for clients, holding scope, timeline, and budget conversations with founders, CEOs, and senior commercial leaders.
* Partner with the Founder on commercial planning, ensuring forecasted work aligns with realistic team capacity.
* Identify and resolve delivery risks before they escalation, including scope creep, dependency conflicts, and quality issues.
* Contribute to new business by costing engagements accurately and shaping delivery plans for proposals.
Who You Are
* Senior project management professional with a minimum of six to eight years of experience, including managing junior project managers in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
* Direct experience working with deep tech, life sciences, biotech, medtech, or engineering-led companies. You understand the rhythm of regulated industries, technical buyers, and science-led communication.
* Strong commercial instinct. Comfortable holding scope, timeline, and budget conversations with senior client stakeholders.
* Process-driven without being bureaucratic. You can build operational systems that the team actually uses.
* Proven ability to manage multiple parallel client engagements without losing quality or visibility.
* Comfortable across the marketing delivery stack: brand strategy, identity, web, content, video, events, and campaign work.
* Fluent English and German.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Basel.
