As part of an upcoming retirement, we are looking for our asphalt sector a: Asphalt Foreman Your challenges: Reporting to the site managers, you ensure the operational management of asphalt sites and the management of field teams. In this capacity, you are responsible for: Organising and supervising one to two asphalt teams Planning and monitoring asphalt sites, from preparation to execution Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and current regulations Strictly ensuring the application of rules and requirements regarding safety, quality and environment Ensuring the proper use of machines and equipment Preparing daily reports and monitoring the work Being the main contact between the site and the work management Your profile: Solid knowledge of bituminous coatings and their application Knowledge of asphalt machinery Holding M5 and M6 machine operator licences is a plus Natural leadership and ability to unite teams Autonomy, flexibility and dynamism.
