OverviewWealth Management GAIM – Proxy Product Owner Client Life Cycle (CLC) APAC This position is based in Geneva on a fixed-term contract of 24 months.
Context
In the context of the 2025 strategic plan, Wealth Management (WM) has launched a major transformation in order to modernize its IT platform. This ambitious project consists in:
Modernizing the backbone of our IT platform: replacement of our Core Banking System and upgrade of our Portfolio Management System
Moving all our IT assets to the BNP P cloud
Moving to a multi-entity platform, i.e. the same platform for all countries
This transformation is sponsored at the group level given the very high stakes it answers:
At WM level, it will ensure the sustainability of our platform for the decades to come, allow to reduce our cost to serve and improve our time to market for new products.
At the Group level, it is an enabler for cross selling with other business lines such as CIB, AM or BP2S.
Beyond systems, this transformation requires deep changes in terms of front to back processes as well as mindsets, organization and governance. Indeed, after years of customization at country level, the project aims at aligning all countries around common processes. It is a mandatory prerequisite to implement a multi-entity platform.
To support its transformation journey, Wealth Management has adopted an Agile@Scale organization to support the implementation of key projects (WITT, Cube, Crystal, …), and to deliver continuous improvements of the products it encompasses in the long term.
