About the Role
You are passionate about building strong, long-term customer relationships and understand the dynamics of the North American food and FMCG market. In this role, you will take ownership of key accounts and play a central role in expanding our North American activities.
What You’ll Do
· Manage and grow existing key accounts across North America
· Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for individual customers
· Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new clients
· Own revenue, cost, profitability and innovation targets
· Collaborate closely with internal teams in Africa and Switzerland including product development, quality assurance and logistics
· Conduct market and competitor analysis to continuously improve sales performance
· Attend food shows as an exhibitor and visitor
· Significant travel activities
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, ideally in the food or FMCG industry
· Experience working with or within the North American market · Strong intercultural awareness and understanding of North American business culture
· Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing customer relationships
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and ownership
