Job Description
As a Brand Manager in the AbbVie Neurology Team, you will enrich the patient and HCP experience by working closely with the IFT, acting as the Brand Team channel expert to guide campaign development and insight gathering across all stakeholder groups.
* Lead development & propose marketing inputs to the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus.
* Lead the tactical design and implementation of marketing initiatives, including innovative tactics, multi-channel opportunities, multi-stakeholder initiatives, interactive and customized content for CLM, and ensuring a consistent Brand Story used by the Brand and In-Field Teams.
* Bring the Brand Story to life through marketing materials and campaigns.
* Coordinate market research and insights collection to inform the Patient Journey.
* Synthesize cross-stakeholder insights for marketing strategy, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.
* Support forecasting, KPI monitoring, budget planning, and tracking for marketing activities.
* Enhance Brand Team insights through digital listening and new channel research.
* Optimize channel mix for campaigns and advise on channel use.
* Manage CLM process and implementation activities with the IFT.
* Develop segment profiles and customized materials for target segments.
* Engage regularly with stakeholders to understand customer perspectives.
* Leverage analytical skills to inform decision-making.
* Identify and assess potential non-traditional partners for strategic objectives and manage collaborations.
* Participate actively as a member of the Brand Team and share best practices globally.
* Operate within all regulatory, ethical, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
* University degree in marketing, economics, or relevant discipline.
* Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an asset.
* Relevant marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry or other industries such as consumer, media, or digital sectors.
* Understanding of healthcare environment, market, customer and stakeholder needs, and therapy area issues.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry policies, procedures, and financial processes.
* Ability to develop patient-centric strategic plans and messaging tailored to target audiences.
* High customer focus and ability to manage projects effectively.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and leverage relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
