Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes into a single ERP platform, supporting growth and efficiency. This initiative aims to consolidate the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes for a cost-effective digital backbone and supporting agility in the business. The role is available across multiple countries, including the US and Switzerland, with specific requisition numbers for each location.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Innovative Medicine (IM) Transcend Communications. This hybrid position will be based in Titusville, New Jersey, or Zug, Switzerland. The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy to support the Transcend transformation, using multiple channels and innovative formats. The leader will partner with various teams to identify stakeholder needs and develop strategies for engagement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead program communications, messaging strategy, and success metrics; ensure alignment across programs for cohesive messaging.
* Plan and execute engagement initiatives like town halls and forums.
* Create engaging updates and communications tailored to various stakeholders, emphasizing milestones and change management.
* Collaborate with Change, Adoption, and Process Leads to develop targeted communication content.
* Maintain stakeholder assessment and messaging maps.
* Recommend industry best practices and methodologies.
* Partner with Strategy, HR, and other teams to foster organizational culture improvements.
* Manage and mentor a team of professionals, promoting collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
* At least 8 years of relevant experience in communications or related fields.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes and ERPs.
* Strong analytical skills and experience crafting global communication strategies, especially during large-scale transformations.
* Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaborative mindset with influence-driven results.
Preferred: Experience with Generative AI tools, culture initiatives, digital channels, event management, and working with external agencies.
Other Requirements: Proficiency in English, up to 15% travel, and ability to work on-site at least three days per week with flexible remote options.
