Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the financial industry.
* Represent customer interests internally to coordinate expectations and services.
* Direct Oracle team in executing strategy and plan by coordinating activities across pillars and organizations.
* Influence strategic planning efforts within sales, product, consulting, and support pillars to represent account requirements.
* Manage interface between account and Oracle personnel to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of service delivery standards.
* Articulate value proposition to C-level management within both companies.
* Gain agreement with customer on key work streams aligned with their business transformations and imperatives.
* Develop interaction plan to address executive suite, line of business organizations, and IT, leveraging Oracle resources and subject matter experts.
* Bull relationships with customer's executive team, earning reputation as one of Customer's trusted business advisers.
* Demonstrate business acumen and thorough understanding of customer's business, organization, strategy, and financial position.
* Proactively investigate trends and common problems, presenting results and deriving measures.
* Understand Oracle's strategies and how they translate into solutions addressing customer needs.
* Maintain thorough understanding of customer's industry, including trends, business processes, financial measurements, and performance indicators, and key competitors.
* Sell and promote sale of Oracle products, including contract negotiation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
","
* 10+ years of experience selling and managing major accounts in the financial industry.
* Native German Speaker and ideally French as well.
* 10+ years of successfully selling cloud software.
* Ability to manage sales cycles end to end.
* Strong ability to allocate, coordinate, and manage resources.
* Track record of business/account plan development and execution.
* Undergraduate degree in business or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
* Knowledge and network in the financial services industry in Switzerland.
