You will lead and coach the Bistro and Swedish Food market team in optimising and develop the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints.br/br/•You are a strong leader with a minimum of 3 years experience in leading diverse teams.br/•You have a real passion for sales and what motivates you is meeting customers' needs.br/•You have experience managing customers in a dynamic restaurant or retail environment.br/•You are flexible and willing to work with your team during irregular hours to create a great IKEA culinary shopping experience.br/•You are a strong communicator and speak and write in German and English fluently.br/br/It is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours.
