Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Management Administrator, based in Geneva with some work-from-home flexibility. The CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining, ensuring system integrity and troubleshooting issues, and providing analytical support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance CRM processes and ensure effective communication.
Qualifications
* CRM Administration experience and System Administration skills
* Analytical Skills and ability to provide analytical support
* Troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues
* Strong Communication skills and experience collaborating with teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the public health sector is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
