As an AI Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven capabilities across ISO’s enterprise solutions. Your focus will be on product strategy and execution, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable value to our customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on flexibility: you will translate user needs into actionable specifications, manage AI product lifecycles, and coordinate with technical teams to bring ideas to life. With a side role of Business Analyst, you can produce user stories and functional specifications to support development in a small, agile team.
Key responsibilities
* Define and own AI products vision and roadmap, aligning with ISO’s strategic objectives and its broader AI framework.
* Act as Product Owner for AI initiatives, ensuring clear prioritization and delivery of features.
* Gather and translate user needs into specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria) for development teams.
* Identify opportunities to enhance ISO standards’ content quality and discoverability through AI-powered search, knowledge bases, and partnerships.
* Collaborate with the AI Solutions Engineer and other stakeholders to design solutions leveraging a mix of bespoke, open-source, and commercial technologies.
* Lead ideation and validation of AI concepts, using rapid prototyping tools to accelerate decision-making.
* Promote AI adoption internally by coaching staff on best practices and empowering our 200 colleagues.
* Monitor performance and impact of AI features, iterating based on data-driven insights.

Qualification and Experience
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or equivalent practical experience.
* At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally in enterprise or SaaS environments. We welcome diverse backgrounds.
* Proven ability to translate business needs into product specifications and manage delivery in agile settings.
* Experience engaging with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Skills
Technical skills
* Strong grasp of product ownership principles, roadmap planning, and value-driven prioritization.
* Ability to produce clear specifications and user stories from user needs.
* Understanding of AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), prompt design, and agent frameworks
* Ability to rapidly prototype, using low-code tools or AI agents, with a strong interest in AI-driven solutions.
* Familiarity with enterprise IT architecture and integration patterns is a plus.
Soft skills
* Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication.
* Confident presenting to governance forums, user groups, and virtual audiences.
* Ability to create clear diagrams, slides, and documentation explaining product concepts and implementation approaches.
* Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
