Requirements:
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including ownership of complex, production-grade AI solutions.
Strong hands-on background ideally gained in a top-tier tech company (FAANG-level or equivalent).
Deep understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, and/or vision models.
Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Proven ability to design and implement scalable, production-ready ML systems.
Strong problem decomposition skills - ability to translate high-level concepts into deliverable workstreams.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams and driving engineering excellence.
Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver in a high-velocity environment.
Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset.
Very good command of English.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across multiple parallel initiatives.
Break down complex technical problems into clear, actionable components and drive them to completion.
Build and optimize automation systems (e.g., customer email order processing).
Develop and refine conversational AI and voice agents for sales and support teams.
Lead vision AI initiatives, including mid-term automation projects for logistics.
Oversee and contribute hands-on to end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
Provide technical leadership to the AI team.
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of all AI models in production.
Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with limited resources.
Participate in regular brainstorming and innovation sessions, proposing new ideas and driving technical direction.
