Among your activities :
* Lead and manage integrated publicity and communications campaigns (content driven formats)
* Serve as the primary client liaison—building strong relationships, understanding client goals, and translating them into effective creative briefs and project plans
* Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production, media) and external partners (directors, producers, vendors) to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget
* Oversee the planning and execution of shoots, productions, and campaign rollouts, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
* Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
* Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support in proposal development and strategic planning
* Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions, maintaining a calm, confident presence even under pressure
* Present work, lead meetings, and represent the agency in a professional and compelling manner
Your Profile :
* 5+ years of experience in a client services, project management, or account role within a publicity, communications, or creative agency
* Strong project management skills—able to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders
* Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to execution
* Proven track of campaigns management (videos shoot, prints, declinaisons to various social medias)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
* Full professional English proficiency (mandatory); other languages are a plus
* A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for impactful storytelling
* Experience working with corporate clients, especially on reputation, branding, or executive visibility campaigns
