Now we're searching for a technical co-founder to own the full architecture, speed up development, and lead us to a $3–5M Series A by mid-2026.

Now we're searching for a technical co-founder to own the full architecture, speed up development, and lead us to a $3–5M Series A by mid-2026.
Your Role
* Architect and build our cross-device tracking system (Windows/Mac, Android/iOS, wearables).
* Design and scale a real-time backend using Supabase/Postgres, Node.js/Go/Rust, and serverless pipelines.
* Develop the gamification layer (XP, streaks, leaderboards, challenges).
* Integrate AI coaching (OpenAI or custom ML) for habit analysis, daily reports, and conversational assistant features.
* Connect financial APIs (Plaid or equivalents) for automated spending insights and location tracking for contextual behavior analysis.
* Be hands-on for MVP development, then recruit and lead the engineering team post-funding.
Must-Have Qualifications
* Proven experience building and scaling software products (startup or growth-stage).
* Expertise in backend systems (Supabase/Postgres, Node.js/Go/Rust) and cross-platform app development (Windows via C#, Android/iOS via native or Kotlin/Swift).
* Knowledge of AI integrations (GPT APIs or ML pipelines) and/or gamification systems.
* Willing to work pre-salary until Series A (significant equity compensation).
* Based in Europe (Zurich/Berlin preferred) or open to relocation/travel to Silicon Valley for investors and team operations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous role as CTO, lead engineer, or founding engineer.
* Familiarity with banking APIs, health data integrations (Samsung/Apple Health).
* Understanding of GDPR and consumer data privacy standards.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to ship fast with lean teams.
