As an experienced Product Owner, you drive process and solution design on SAP S/4HANA, acting as integrator between Finance Controlling and our agile teams. You continuously improve functionalities and push our Finance Controlling landscape toward excellence. /h3h3This is where you'll excel /h3ulliYou drive as part of the global agile team, the development of end-to-end solutions for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Travel Management /liliYou ensure continuous value delivery in a SAFe setup, with clear OKRs and measurable outcomes /liliYou own, refine and prioritize the Team Backlog, run Sprint Planning and Reviews, prepare and contribute to PI Plannings and System Demos /liliYou collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and design value-adding solutions for Bühler while ensuring IT guidelines especially around compliance, security, continuity /liliYou manage the smooth handover and ongoing interface between solution development and operations /li /ulh3These are the skills you'll need /h3ulliYou hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field /liliYou bring several years of experience as a Product Owner, preferable in SAFe environment or comparable lateral leadership experience /liliYou have a background in Finance with experience in SAP S/4 Hana (FI/CO) and high affinity for designing processes and creating user experience /liliYou are familiar with key agile events (e.g., Sprint Planning, PI Planning, System Demos) and ideally hold certifications such as SAFe POPM, PSPO, or CSPO /liliYou communicate clearly in English and German and know how to mobilize and align stakeholders without formal authority /li /ulpQuestions?
