Your responsibilities
* Liaison with internal and external stakeholders involved in contingent workforce process
* Sourcing and management of contingent workers for CAPEX projects and supporting functions
* Manage candidate life cycle (from application to onboarding)
* Perform candidate offers including vendor rate negotiation
* Documentation repository management in alignment with corporate policies
* Engaging and managing contingent workers vendor base (agencies, engineering firms, etc.)
* Lead supplier contracting including frame agreements, labor lease & services agreements
* Contribute to the contingent workforce talent management
* Contribute to contingent workforce planning & compensation strategy
* Coaching and training of hiring managers on all aspects and processes of contingent workforce
Your profile
* Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Solid experience in workforce management or a staffing agency
* Deep knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
* Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes and best practices
* Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related roles strongly advantageous
* Proficiency in English and German
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Familiar with HRIS and other workforce management tools
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
