As a member of this ROCKEN Partner, you will actively shape the digital workplace of the future. You will develop modern M365‑based workplace solutions, automate complex processes, support clients in the implementation of new tools, and set standards for a safe, efficient and modern working environment. Your expertise in cloud services will significantly contribute to the innovation and scalability of the platform.
Verantwortung
* Oversee and optimize the entire M365 environment for clients, implementing modern workplace concepts that combine classical Office services and cloud‑native features.
* Automate deployments, processes and repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Graph API or Power Platform, and actively drive standardisation and efficient operation models.
* Support roll‑outs, migrations and tenant‑to‑tenant projects, ensuring smooth integration of identities, devices and applications.
* Control, extend and consistently implement security, data‑loss‑prevention and compliance requirements.
* Facilitate workshops, conduct training sessions and document architectures, operations processes and configurations in a clear and structured manner.
Qualifikationen
* Education in computer science or equivalent experience, with solid knowledge in engineering and operation of large M365 landscapes.
* Experience with automation, scripting and API‑based processes.
* Understanding of MDM, endpoint, and identity concepts, and interaction between Azure AD, Intune and M365 services.
* Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, client‑facing material.
* Excellent German language skills (C1) and a reliable, proactive working style.
