Our cutting-edge technologies enable our clients to innovate and improve lives through the Puidoux site, which has 150 staff and is a supplier of high-precision metal tubes and components intended for medical devices. In a context of growth and strong regulatory requirements, we are strengthening our quality team and are looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor who can combine leadership and expertise. Mission As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will lead the Quality Control team and ensure product compliance throughout the manufacturing process. You are a hands-on manager, present on the shop floor, while remaining technically involved in control, metrology, and compliance activities. You will play a key role in the reliability of our products and in the performance of the organization. Responsibilities ???? Management & Development - Manage and support the Quality Control team - Organize priorities and ensure the execution of control activities - Guarantee compliance with quality standards and deadlines - Train and upskill the QC inspectors - Promote a strong and continuous quality culture ???? Control & Metrology - Conduct and supervise dimensional and visual inspections - Actively participate in product testing, inspections, and analyses - Write and validate control reports - Manage measuring equipment and ensure metrological follow-up - Contribute to capability studies and analyze production in case of non-conformities or continuous compliance - Participate in quality assurance activities (NCR, CAPA) - Identify opportunities to improve control processes - Ensure compliance with ISO requirements / ISO standards - Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams Your profile - Technical degree (CFC, Technician ES, Bachelor’s or equivalent) - Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control in an industrial environment - Proven experience in team management or leadership - Strong background in metrology and reading technical plans - Mastery of measurement and analysis tools in a regulated environment (medical devices is a major plus) - Excellent command of French and good level of English - Leadership, hands-on approach, and sense of responsibility - Rigor, ability to prioritize, and make decisions What we offer you - A role with a real impact on high medical value products - A demanding and stimulating technological environment - A committed team and varied projects with opportunities for growth within a growing group At Resonetics, we value excellence, commitment, and teamwork.
