As Commercial Finance Analyst, you will act as a finance business partner to the Sales and BU teams for the EMEA region. Your role will support financial compliance, commercial operations, and ongoing finance processes, with a focus on planning, reporting, and performance analysis.
Requirements
* Supporting long-term planning (BSR), annual budgets, forecasts, and outlooks
* Managing monthly closing and reporting, including sales performance (price, volume, mix, FX), sales/margins, and adjustments (e.g., rebates)
* Coordinating regional cost control for Sales and Business Development
* Monitoring and tracking rebate accruals in collaboration with Sales
* Leading the monthly risks and opportunities process with Sales
* Analyzing business performance and highlighting key opportunities and risks
* Supporting commercial FP&A processes and acting as a key stakeholder in the S&OP process
* Providing recommendations on customer pricing, credit limits, and supporting pricing strategies
* Collaborating on financial and management accounting in compliance with IFRS and internal finance guidelines
* Supporting continuous improvement of financial systems and processes
Competences
* Strong experience in a similar commercial finance, FP&A, or controlling role
* Excellent Excel skills (advanced level) and confident using SAP BW
* Familiarity with international, fast-paced business environments
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written
