The cement team leader coordinates activities and resources, ensures compliance with internal standards and guidelines for all finished and intermediate products, and assumes the interim responsibility of quality manager. Conduct analyses of physico-chemical properties of cements and cement additions (usually mechanical strength, workability, setting time). Monitor analyses and ensure their reliability. Contribute to the establishment, maintenance and compliance of the X system with current X and standards. Monitor the sampling and measurement activities carried out throughout the production process and on finished products. Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, continuous quality monitoring, and propose corrective actions. Participate in regular meetings and reports. Support production in controlling processes. Actively participate in the development of new cements.
