For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a Data Quality Operator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
YOUR FURTHER ROLE:
Monitoring:
Transport event registration on a daily basis
Continuous monitoring of data quality using control reports and dashboards.
Shipment monitoring using available dashboards or CEVA Air & Ocean IT solutions (LINK, CBS Reports) to ensure compliance with contractual lead times and watch for abnormal delays
In case of deviations, request backup plans or corrective actions. Send information to customers in a timely manner
Launch specific monitoring if necessary on low performance flows, urgent or critical shipments, product launches, customer alerts
Communication:
Be a single point of contact for the regional area for the customer and CEVA Air & Ocean network to facilitate communication flows
Proactively communicate with customers about potential risks to their supply chain and advise on backup solutions (using upwind, flash, and shipment reports)
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement:
Anticipate cross- and net-performance by reviewing all delayed shipments monthly and correcting reason codes
Collaborate with the regional control tower on business review preparations
Prepare and provide internal KPIs to support continuous improvement with branches
Participate in innovation projects to enhance customer experience and add value to the control tower
Requirements:
Knowledge of forwarding is an asset
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, logical functions)
