Procurement Analyst - CLM Implementation 100% Location: Basel - on site Start: 1st of June 2026 Duration: 5 months Languages: German - must have, English - fluent; Spanish - preferred. We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. This role partners with Procurement, Legal, IT, and project teams to enable standardized, compliant, and efficient contract management. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end CLM implementation from requirements through go-live and hypercare Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and CLM vendors Support project planning, UAT, issue tracking, and change management Document and design procurement and contract workflows Assist with CLM configuration (requests, authoring, approvals, negotiation, execution, repository) Support contract templates, clause libraries, metadata, and approval matrices Provide user support, training materials, and continuous improvement input Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar 5 years of experience in Procurement (Source-to-Contract) 5 years of project management experience Fluent English required; German and Spanish preferred PMP or other PM certification preferred Skills & Experience Experience with CLM / S2C platforms (Jaggaer, Coupa, Ariba) Background in regulated environments (e.g. pharma, biotech, manufacturing, financial services) Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and documentation skills Experience with change management, training, and reporting (Excel, Power BI) Ability to manage multiple workstreams in global, cross-functional teams If you are interested in this position contact me as soon as possible!
