Explore your tasks and responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the Building Services execution in complex projects
* Leadership of subcontractors, specialist planners, and internal teams
* Ensuring compliant implementation according to applicable standards and GMP requirements
* Schedule, cost, risk, and quality management
* Leading variation order and claim negotiations
* Regular reporting to the project management and construction management teams
Show your expertise
* Completed technical degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline
* At least 15 years of professional experience in Building Services Construction ManagementStrong technical expertise in relevant Building Services disciplines (industrial / building technology)
* Experience in regulated industries (Pharma/Biotech) is an advantage
* Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication abilities
* Willingness to travel within Switzerland
* Excellent German and English language skills
