Responsibilities
* Operation of the IT hotline: Receiving, forwarding and resolving internal customer inquiries
* Setting up and delivering hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
* Software distribution using Microsoft SCCM
* Administration in Active Directory (PC, users and authorizations)
* Processing mutations (entries, exits, etc.)
* Conducting IT trainings
* First level support for Avaya telephone system (third party contract existing)
* Management of IT inventory (hardware)
* Managing licenses
* Taking care of the video and audio system in the meeting rooms
Qualifications
* Computer science education or equivalent and experience in an IT support environment
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems
* Excellent hardware knowledge
* Service-oriented and communicative personality with pleasure in customer contact
* Very good knowledge of German
* Good knowledge of English
* Knowledge of a validated (GxP) laboratory environment is an advantage
