In this position, you will join the Global Bike Marketing division and will have the mission to coordinate the marketing activation of our brand Syncros. The further responsibilities include content creation, website management and helping the managers with all sports marketing related tasks and with professional teams.
* Support the marketing team for all kinds of marketing related tasks for the Syncros brand
* Support the creation of Marketing Content and with Publishing for the Syncros brand:
o Help organizing creative content production, activations, social media, and all sorts of publications
o Help coordinating processes and content such as texts, specs, imagery, technological information (tech pages, product pages, etc)
o Help coordinating data management and content such as imagery, Product Specs and other technical information
o Support with translations and proofreading
* Help organizing Website Content and Website Maintenance:
o Help with content coordination for all things web and web launches in collaboration with PMs, the digital and the brand activation team
o Manage back-end processes such as filters, technologies, categories, collections, and related products
o Create marketing texts and manage imagery content for the Syncros website
o Control the content on the Syncros website; maintain/update product pages on the websites
* Support with Sports Marketing and sponsoring related tasks for our professional road and MTB teams, and individual athletes/ambassadors:
o Communicate with team managers and athletes
o Coordinate team related marketing projects and events
o Coordinate material orders
o Support with content creation
* Support with providing marketing support and services for the Subsidiaries and Distributors of Syncros
* Represent Syncros during events such as Sales Meetings, Dealer Camps and Product Launches

* Degree in marketing or communication
* High affinity and know-how of the bike and bike components industry
* Strong communication and interaction skills
* Passion for sports, cycling, and products
* Fluent Business English is a Must
