The division develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and accelerate the transition from automation to autonomy. Our first humanoid, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and is already in pilots with five customers.
To support rapid growth in our Engineering organization, we are hiring a Recruiting & Talent Operations Manager Engineering who will personally drive recruiting and headhunting and selectively leverage external partners as capacity requires.
Your Mission
Personally own and execute end-to-end recruiting for Engineering roles (active sourcing, headhunting, screening)
Act as the primary recruiter for Engineering, using external headhunters when needed for scale or specialization
Own and manage relationships with external recruiters and headhunters
Translate Engineering hiring needs into clear role profiles and search strategies
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate tracking, feedback collection, and offer processes
Take end-to-end administrative load off Engineering leadership and team leads
Ensure fast, structured, and high-quality hiring processes across all Engineering teams
Track hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and report status transparently
Your Skillset
Proven experience as a hands‑on technical recruiter or in talent acquisition for engineering teams
Strong experience in active sourcing and direct headhunting
Solid understanding of Engineering profiles (software, AI, robotics, hardware is a strong plus)
Experience managing and steering external recruiting partners
Deep know‑how and a strong flair for recruiting tooling, with the ability to own the ATS and recruiting tech stack end‑to‑end
Highly structured, reliable, and execution‑focused working style
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior engineers and leadership
Pragmatic mindset; comfortable operating in a fast‑scaling environment
