We are looking for a creative and engaging individual with a wide range of interests to join our Requirements Engineering team in the Market Unit Financial Services (60-100% workload). Responsibilities
* Collaborating with clients to develop and describe business use cases
* Analyzing business processes and organizational structures to derive meaningful requirements
* Assessing and validating solution designs based on project specifications
* Specifying complex technical requirements and aligning them with stakeholders
* Designing solution concepts in close cooperation with developers, architects, and UX experts
* Coordinating and documenting requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Supporting the implementation of solution designs throughout the development life cycle
* Acting as a key liaison between clients and development teams
* Communicating change requests and supporting topics across stakeholder groups
Qualifications
* University degree (ETH / university / FH) in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
* At least 3-5 years of experience in requirements engineering or related roles
* Analytical mindset with an independent and proactive working style as well as strong communication skills
* Commitment to dive into existing, complex IT solutions and co-create new ones
* Fluency in German and English
* Certifications in requirements engineering (IREB, CBAP, CCBA, CPRE, etc.) or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering are an advantage
* Familiarity with Agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum (practical experience is a plus)
* Basic technical knowledge, for example about databases, is a plus
