Join our fast‑paced, high‑growth team in a pivotal Revenue Operations role that directly impacts Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, maintain, and optimize core business processes and tools across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
* Support initiatives focused on process improvements, technology implementations, data integrity, and system integrations.
* Leverage CRM experience to build, refine, and maintain lead‑management and sales‑funnel processes.
* Support Sales Controlling and Order Management, driving process improvements.
* Analyze data from various sources and platforms, ensuring strong data hygiene, reliable reporting, and clear cross‑department visibility.
* Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, alignment, and change management.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / similar roles – preferably in the Tech industry.
* Hands‑on SDR/BDR operations experience (lead‑to‑win processes).
* Strong CRM experience – HubSpot, preferably with Salesforce as well.
* Proven data‑analysis skills and experience delivering data‑driven initiatives.
* Familiarity with pipeline management, sales cycles, and the lead‑to‑cash process, including identifying and executing optimization opportunities.
* Strong understanding of sales and marketing workflows and automation tools.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Demonstrated success managing projects and implementing operational improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience with customer success tools and process optimization.
* Experience collaborating with Legal (contracts, approvals, workflows).
* Bonus: Marketing Operations experience.
