IT Support Technician - Workplace & Infrastructure (f/m/d) With over employees, we are one of the most successful companies and market leaders in our client's account based in Lausanne; we are looking for a Workplace & Infrastructure Support Technician (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring support for the workplace environment, VDI, and servers within a Workplace team. Mission Provide 1st and 2nd level support for workstations (Windows and macOS), as well as handling incidents related to workstations and servers. Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot desktops/laptops (PC and Mac). Assist with Windows and Linux servers (including renewing and managing access rights on file servers). Participate in VDI (VMware Horizon), MDM, and maintain and develop scripts (PowerShell / bash). Document interventions accurately in ServiceNow, plan activities, and ensure support availability (7 am to 7 pm) as well as on-call services according to CFC / ES / HES in (or degree X). Proven experience of several years in support and service (about 3 to 5 years, depending on exposure to server/VDI environments). Very good knowledge of Windows and macOS workstations, and the Windows environment (Active Directory, GPO). Good to very good knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, mastery of SSL/TLS, and strong sensitivity to security issues. Very good PowerShell scripting skills; knowledge of bash (zsh) and interest in languages with a good level of written and spoken English; residence in Lausanne or surroundings with availability proposals.
