Business Development Manager - Wholesale
This role focuses on driving brand performance and establishing strong relationships with key wholesaler and specialist accounts in Switzerland. As a Business Development Manager, you will oversee significant regions, including notable ski and summer resort areas, and manage a substantial portion of our preferred wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and Deliver Listing Objectives: Develop targeted listing objectives based on a scope of wholesaler accounts & specialists.
* Drive Brand Performance: Collaborate with Marketing & local Brand Managers to develop targeted activations and negotiate yearly deals to enhance collaboration.
* Collaborate with Wholesalers: Establish long-term relationships based on mutual trust and a win-win business model with wholesaler accounts through negotiations and visits.
* Influence Indirect Sales Teams: Motivate & drive sales force to sell MH portfolio using trainings, incentives, and sales support.
The ideal candidate will possess commercially assertive skills, strong business acumen, and data analysis capabilities. Additionally, experience in the spirits industry is advantageous, and a passion for craft spirits is a must.
Requirements:
* Fluent in French and/or German (Swiss German a plus)
* Fluent in English
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Good organizational and time management skills
