Your tasks
* You own full P&L responsibility for selected marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), managing all levers from content optimization to commercial results.
* You drive launch planning, digital marketing, CRM, and SEO to increase brand awareness, traffic, conversions, and loyalty.
* You shape a clear marketplace brand strategy—covering assortment, pricing, content, and positioning aligned with Curaprox’s premium identity.
* You identify and resolve operational and strategic bottlenecks, both internally and with external partners, while designing scalable processes.
* You monitor key performance metrics (traffic, share, margin, profitability, availability) and translate data into impactful business actions.
* You lead performance reviews to foster continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
* You balance ownership and agility—automating or outsourcing repetitive tasks while stepping in personally when high-value execution is required.
Your profile
* You bring experience in brand management, management consulting, or digital commerce—ideally within FMCG, healthcare, or premium/luxury sectors.
* You possess strong business acumen and analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data, pinpoint issues, and recommend practical solutions.
* You are fluent in working with digital platforms and tools—experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, PIM systems, or marketplace analytics is a plus.
* You demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and take ownership with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
