Job Description We are seeking an IT-Anwendungsmanagement-Spezialist/in (m/w/d) to join our team at Rocken .
The base pay range for this role is CHF95,000.00/yr - CHF115,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and development of demanding business applications in the healthcare environment. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure the smooth integration of new applications. The focus will be on the stability, efficiency, and user-friendliness of existing systems. You will bring your technical expertise to optimize digital processes in medical everyday life. The position requires independence, analytical thinking, and experience in handling complex IT systems.
You will support the application management, particularly in medical informatics and interface solutions.
You will work actively on the development of Microsoft 365 solutions.
You will contribute to the introduction and maintenance of a virtual desktop infrastructure.
You will ensure reliable support for the assigned applications and maintain documentation carefully.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement and adaptation of the applications to new requirements.
Qualifications Completed education in computer science and in-depth knowledge of C# and ASP.NET.
Interest in co-designing sustainable IT solutions, ideally with experience in projects in the medical environment.
Enthusiasm for project work and the opportunity to actively contribute innovative ideas.
Structured, process-oriented work paired with high stress tolerance.
High level of organizational talent and a pronounced team spirit.
