Job Responsibilities
* Support the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager in all aspects of the department's operations.
* Manage the department in the absence of the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager.
* Co-responsible for the entire purchasing department (excluding fresh products).
* Carry out operational purchasing in consultation with the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager.
* Handle larger purchasing projects.
* Supervise and evaluate suppliers periodically through analyses.
* Analyze and monitor financial statements on a daily, monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
* Assist in co-supervising F&B cost controlling.
* Conduct spot checks and analyze their results.
* Analyze various statistics related to purchasing and costs.
* Control accounts receivable and payable.
* Program the KOST merchandise management system and the MATRIX cash register system.
* Assist in organizing and implementing major events.
* Manage employees and apprentices.
* Work closely with the Culinary Director, F&B Operations, and Groups & Events departments.
