Your responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end execution of the global CRM transformation, aligning with commercial goals and customer
engagement strategies
* Partner with Sales, Service, and Marketing leadership to define requirements and ensure delivery of tangible business
value
* Translate strategic objectives into clear project roadmaps with defined milestones and KPIs
* Serve as the key interface between business stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring alignment and
accountability
* Drive stakeholder engagement and lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and long-term success
* Monitor progress, manage risks, and report opportunities to executive sponsors
* Ensure process harmonization and system usability remain central to decision-making
Your qualifications:
* Proven experience leading business-driven CRM transformations across multiple countries
* Strong understanding of commercial processes and how CRM supports Sales, Service, and Marketing effectiveness
* Skilled in stakeholder management, with experience engaging at both executive and operational levels
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
* Familiarity with Veeva CRM in life sciences or MedTech settings
* Understanding of D365 ERP or comparable business systems
* Proficient in project delivery using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (around 40%)
