The Business Applications Analysis Group is closely aligned with the business teams and responsible for the analysis, onboarding, and prioritization of Partners Group’s major projects. It also handles the development, customization, and ongoing enhancement of applications to support the global business operations of Partners Group.
Responsibilities
Help develop business cases by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
Document clear and concise specifications, including workflow charts and diagrams.
Onboard all stakeholders and finalize the scope of work.
Define system capabilities and stakeholder expectations.
Identify key project milestones, phases, and elements.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform regular reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
Recommend process improvements to senior management.
Take the lead role in selected projects and drive their execution.
What we expect
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5-7 years of experience gathering technical and business requirements from end users and business leaders.
Strong understanding of capital markets and the financial industry.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis within MS SQL databases.
Ability to influence operations and effect change diplomatically.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Desirable but not mandatory:
Experience in capital markets.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
