Join us for a 12-month internship within the Customer Value & Analytics team, working directly with the Customer Engagement Manager.

Your mission
You will support the design, execution and optimization of Direct Marketing communications across the full campaign lifecycle.
Content creation & production
* Write content for newsletters and SMS
* Improve and optimize existing customer communications
* Create content for new customer engagement use cases
* Coordinate visual creation with Communication & Design teams
* Coordinate with the translation team (FR/DE/IT/EN)
Campaign execution & follow-up
* Set up newsletters (structure, modules, content) in
* Set up A/B tests and suggest optimizations
* Manage small marketing projects: contests, lead generation campaigns, etc.
* Monitor newsletter KPIs to improve communication impact
Innovation & special projects
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer communications
* Support the Direct Marketing communication plan
* Follow trends in email marketing and customer engagement in the telecom industry
What you bring
* You have a Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Communication, Business or a similar field
* Excellent writing skills in French and English; German is a plus
* Creative mindset and a strong interest in marketing copywriting
* Good organizational skills and ease in coordinating tasks and stakeholders
* Interest in CRM, customer engagement and Direct Marketing campaigns
* You are Swiss or European (EU) citizen
* Bonus: familiarity with a newsletter tool (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)
