The Project Manager will be responsible for all Support & Project Services across multiple client accounts, some with on-site resources. As the first point of contact for clients, the Project Manager will work closely to ensure customer satisfaction. They will also focus on improving services and maximizing efficiency and profitability.
Candidates must be fluent in German or Swiss German.
What you’ll do as our Project Manager:
* Serve as the primary contact between ONNEC and the client for operational and financial matters
* Oversee the financial and operational performance of contracts
* Develop and analyze monthly financial reports for the Operations Manager and clients
* Prepare monthly status reports for activities on site
* Report on SLA achievements
* Ensure resource availability and awareness of service requirements
* Coordinate internal and client meetings
* Implement and maintain Health & Safety policies across the campus
* Implement and maintain Quality Assurance policies
* Ensure all deliverables conform to Quality Management Systems
* Review and update processes and documentation to improve quality, service, and efficiency
* Manage all allocated ONNEC employees, including motivation and development
* Handle HR activities such as performance appraisals and leave management
* Mentor employees to develop their skills and knowledge
* Manage supply chain for materials and resources to meet service deadlines
What we’re looking for in our Project Manager:
* Fluency in German or Swiss German
* Extensive experience in Telecommunications Infrastructure Cabling
* Experience supporting Office and/or Data Centre environments
* Management experience in Office and/or Data Centre support
* Experience with Service Measurement in an ITIL environment
* Experience in financial and operational report writing and analysis
* Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop a team
* Experience delivering services according to contractual requirements
Preferred but not essential qualifications:
* ITIL, Prince 2, BICSi certifications
