We are looking for a driven and skilled professional to manage procurement activities for our factories in Germany and Switzerland, with close collaboration with the ClusterCategory Manager. This role involves alignment of strategic initiatives, financial planning and cost optimization efforts as per Global/Regional/Cluster strategic directions, ensuring business connectivity and fostering collaborative business partnership with associated local stakeholders. The role will also optimize supplier base and manage SRM as well as apply market intelligence to identify opportunities and trends within scope of operations to achieve business goals.

Position
In this role you will:
Be responsible for procurement activities for assigned Global Supply Chain categories for factories in Germany and Switzerland
Implement procurement action plans aligned with Global, Regional and Cluster strategies
Manage and optimize the supplier base, including Supplier Relationship Management
Negotiate value-driven contracts ensuring optimal cost, quality and service
Deliver savings targets and achieve defined procurement KPIs
Collaborate with project leads from early stage to end of project to ensure business centricity and adding value to stakeholders
Monitor supplier performance and proactively mitigate supply risks
Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, processes and digital sourcing tools
Requirements
Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement within a multinational environment
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Project-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
Confident user of MS Office and SAP S/4HANA (MM)
Fluent in German and English
