The Distribution Intern will support the Distribution Team in the Transportation of good till the delivery, managing the Suppliers to respect the Security and the Service Level Agreements to reach the Business Requirements and Unit Costs.
CORE JOB ACTIVITIES
* Ensure that daily transports are performed according to the service level agreement.
* Daily check the Track & Trace Logs to react immediately in case of failures.
* Answer proactively to Customer Claim and resolve the problems directly with our Third parties.
* Control the effectiveness of the Service and verify cost quotes are in line with the contract and/or with the market cost.
* Daily manage Claims loss and damages and produces Claim Reporting
* Ensure daily scheduling deliveries respect for FSS and Outlet channel
* Ensure Optimization in daily loading, shipping and deliveries from all DC, avoiding delays and costs along the Supply Chain
* Ensure the minimum shipping cost for spot services, urgent shipments or sample set shipments
* Daily Monitoring KPI Marketplace B2C
* Monthly Invoices Control
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree
* Excellent written and spoken English (C1 minimum). Any other language will be considered a plus
* Excellent knowledge of Excel
* Good team attitude
* Strong analytical skills
