About the Role
Joining our team in Volketswil, you will serve as the primary HR leader for a cluster of companies in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
In this role, you will manage a team of local HRBPs across the region and provide strategic HR leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
As a business partner and change agent, you will proactively guide and support the organization through transformation and growth while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
This role reports both into the Coesia Digital Printing Solutions CEO and the relevant Divisional HR Business Partner at group level, and it’s part of Coesia Digital Printing Solutions management team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Lead the HR strategy and execution for the cluster of companies assigned, in alignment with corporate and divisional objectives.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters.
3. Oversee and develop a team of local HR Business Partners across the cluster.
4. Drive organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
5. Support and manage change initiatives across the cluster, promoting a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
6. Provide guidance on labor law and employee relations—particularly within Swiss law.
7. Collaborate effectively within a matrix structure, coordinating with global and divisional HR functions.
What You Need to Be Successful
8. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader in multi-country or matrix organizational setups.
9. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
10. Demonstrated experience in leading change and supporting business transformations.
11. Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and experience managing labor cases; Austrian labor law exposure is a plus.
12. Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to manage and develop remote teams.
13. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
14. Fluency in German (full professional proficiency) and English is mandatory.
15. Availability to travel (up to 10% of working time) within the region to maintain close contact with HR teams and business units.
