Description
FNZ is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales & Clients community Coordinator to bridge Product, Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams by translating complex private-banking requirements into clear, compelling digital solutions.
In this role, you will design and present solution options, deliver high-impact demonstrations, run Proofs of Concept (POCs), support RFIs and RFPs answers: On top, you will drive our multi-bank client community to strengthen platform adoption and measurable client outcomes further.
This role is ideal for someone who combines transversal competences: solution consulting, product expertise, and commercial awareness, with a passion for transforming private‑banking experiences through technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales
Demonstrations
· Deliver impactful product demos, workshops, and roadmap briefings to executive, advisory, and technical audiences.
· Tailor solution storytelling to different banking personas and their strategic priorities.
RFP & POC Management
· Lead the creation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution blueprints alongside Sales, Product Owners, and Engineering.
· Ensure each proposal offers clear alignment between client requirements, scope, commercials, and delivery feasibility.
· Plan and execute POCs end-to-end, including success criteria definition, solution configuration, reporting, and next‑step recommendations.
· Maintain deep, up‑to‑date knowledge across FNZ’s private‑banking platform: Core Banking, CRM/onboarding, Portfolio Management, and APIs/integration patterns.
· Collect structured market and client feedback and feed it into Product for backlog shaping and roadmap prioritisation.
2. Community Management & Marketing
· Manage, organise and follow up FNZ’s private‑banking client community, including events, webinars, release briefings, and roadmap updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance/Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
1. Language: Ideally at least 3 of the following languages: English (mandatory), or/and French, or/and German, or/and Italian.
2. Experience:
o 1–3 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, client advisory, or technical consulting within private banking, wealth management, or fintech.
o Hands-on experience with demos, RFPs, POCs, and solution design for financial institutions.
o Strong understanding of Core / digital banking platforms, CRM/onboarding processes, and Integration concepts (APIs, SaaS, cloud)
· Skills
