It encompasses several missions (EMS, shelter) and is engaged in a dynamic development, serving residents and beneficiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Technical Manager to oversee all issues related to infrastructure, security, and technical projects. Main responsibilities: As a technical manager, you will ensure the overall management of the technical domain for all sites of La Les Noisetiers (3 sites), as well as for EMS X in Payerne, operated within a particular framework. You are responsible for:- Managing the availability and security of infrastructures, technical facilities, green spaces, and furniture.- Planning and monitoring preventive maintenance and managing internal and external maintenance.- Implementing and monitoring health and safety measures at work (SST) and fire safety, in compliance with legal and institutional requirements.- Proximity management of a team of two technicians, including work guidance, support, and skills development.- Acting as a technical reference and advisor to management and service heads.- Leading complex technical files and development projects, requiring professional expertise.- Actively participating in the management committee (CODIR), in direct contact with the General Director. A key aspect of this position lies in your involvement in the central project of constructing the new EMS X, with a gradual increase in your commitment leading up to the delivery of the building planned for 2025.
